I AM Who I Say I AM is a series of life skills workshops based on the I AM Who I Say I AM – My Discovery Journal. Participants are empowered with cognitive neuroscience techniques to build resilience and experience freedom from drug and alcohol addiction, depression, homelessness and domestic violence.
